Our Drowning Voices had the pleasure of zooming with Motion 003's original co-signer Dr. Sylvia Earle who expressed her concern for our planet and support to amend Motion 003 to ensure we establish a Climate Change Commission at this 2021 IUCN World Conservation Congress.
